Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hailey Beauty . If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Refund conditions

1. Withdrawal period
   You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

2. Product Condition
   Returned item(s) must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

3. Return costs
   Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

4. Refund Request Procedure
   To request a refund, please contact our customer service, stating your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.

5. Refund processing
   After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will proceed to refund via the initial payment method within 30 days .

6. Exceptions
   Some products are non-refundable, for example:

   • Personalized or custom-made products

   • Promotional products on sale

   • Hygienic products, if sealed once opened

Exchange

If you prefer an exchange, we will do our best to provide an equivalent item or offer you an alternative solution.
