General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GCS”) govern sales concluded on the site haileybeauty.com (hereinafter the “Site”) between:

  • The publisher of the Site: Hailey Beauty (hereinafter “the Seller”),

  • and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the Site (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Validation of an order on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer.
Each product is described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, any slight difference between the photos and the product received cannot be held liable by the Seller.

2. Price

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in [currency: EUR/USD/AED] , all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

3. Order

The Customer selects the products he wishes to purchase and confirms his order after checking his basket.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The Customer can pay for their order by credit card, PayPal or any other secure payment method offered on the Site.
Payment information is processed by secure providers and is never stored by the Seller.

5. Delivery

The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

  • Delivery times: delivery generally takes place within 14 days.

  • Fees: Delivery fees are indicated at the time of ordering.

  • In case of delay or problem, the Customer can contact support at support@haileybeauty.com .

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with current regulations, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused, with packaging intact).

Detailed refund terms are specified in our Refund Policy .

7. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse of the purchased product, nor in the event of force majeure (strike, bad weather, transport blockage, etc.).

8. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons) is the exclusive property of Hailey Beauty or its partners.
Any reproduction or exploitation, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office will have sole jurisdiction.
