I'm trying to complete my order, but the price changes at checkout?
Currency conversion can be a tricky thing to understand if you've never heard of it before, but we're going to make it as easy as possible! If you live in the United States, you'll pay for your order in USD (US dollars). However, 1 USD does not necessarily equal 1 AED, SAR, EURO, Stirling, or Australian dollar. 1 USD can be worth more or less once it's converted to another country's currency. Since we're a US company, your total order amount will be converted to USD at checkout. Rest assured, you'll ONLY be charged in your local currency—the amount that was displayed before you reached the final payment page.

How can I see what's in my cart?
To view the contents of your shopping cart, click the "View Cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. Once you've clicked this icon, you can easily change the quantity you wish to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Delete" icon.

How do I add items to my cart?
Choose the product on the category page and you will be directed to the product page, choose the quantity, then click "ADD TO CART" and the product will be added to the cart. If you want to checkout, click the cart button in the right corner and proceed to payment.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
First, click the "View Cart" link in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will display all the items currently in your cart, along with the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, place your cursor in the box that appears under "Qty." The associated quantity and amount will then automatically change to the correct amounts.

Can you deliver to my country?
Hailey Beauty ships worldwide. Shipping to European countries is free. Shipments are made with DHL or Aramex. Items are prepared within 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
To make changes to your shipping order, you must contact us by email. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes at this stage. In this case, please contact your local post office or carrier to make the necessary changes.

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We cannot control the customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs fees or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs fees or import duties are not included in the price of your ordered items. We cannot give you the exact amount as customs policies and charges may vary from country to country. If you refuse to take delivery of the items you have purchased, the delivery company may return the items to us. If this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it has been received at our premises, excluding shipping charges.

Can I return items I purchased during a promotion?
Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

After receiving your initial order, you have 14 days to make a return. This means you have two full weeks to inspect your product after receiving it and ensure it is everything you dreamed of! Please note that if the item has been used in any way, it cannot be replaced due to industry standards for health and hygiene and wear and tear. What is your refund policy?
Please note that we do not refund non-defective items. You will receive a credit note once your item has been received at our premises. Please also ensure you retain your postage receipt once your items have been returned to us. You will need this as proof of your return. If you are unable to provide your receipt as proof of postage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a credit note. We are not responsible for any losses incurred while returning your item for replacement. The item is the customer's responsibility until it is received at our premises. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival. If deemed unsuitable for return (used in any way or outside the return timeframes), your item will be refused and returned to the sender. By returning your items, you, the customer, have acknowledged and agreed to cover all costs involved in order to receive store credit for the value of your goods. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items as part of an existing order and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping your items. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred during shipping.

If your order is marked as delivered in its tracking history and you have not received it, we ask that you check with your neighbors, the concierge, or anyone else at the same delivery address. If your order cannot be found, please contact us.

Once you reach the checkout page, under the header, click on "Discount Code" and enter the coupon number to receive the discount.

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen. You will be asked to enter your email address on the next page.
Once you log in and press Submit, you will receive an email to change your password. Open the email and click the link to reset your password. Another page will open where you can enter your new password. -
